One huge wrap-around terrace, plus the master suite and the second bedroom each have private terraces. Views from one end of Jaco beach to the other. Ride the elevator downstairs and you are just steps from the beach, community pool, Cocal Casino, and all the restaurants, shops and nightlife of Jaco (pronounced ha-CO).

Jaco Haven is in the new eight story Vista Mar condominium in the heart of Jaco Beach, right in the center of town. It's equidistant from one end of Jaco Beach to the other. This oceanfront condo is steps to the beach and is attached to the Hotel Cocal & Casino. Downstairs you'll find the Vista Mar swimming pool; our guests also have access to the two Hotel Cocal pools.

Jaco is a favorite of vacationers due to its terrific selection of restaurants, shops, spas and nightlife. Jaco Beach offers great surfing and is only 10 minutes from the world-famous Hermosa Beach where expert surfers go when they want to have fun!

1. We are happy to arrange for airport transportation, car rentals, personal chef, massage, fishing boats, tours and more

2. A 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation, payable by MasterCard, Visa Discover, e-check or bank wire
3. The remaining 50% must be received at least 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date
4. Must be 21 years or older to rent
5. No refunds will be provided for trip delay, interruption or cancellation
6. We offer and strongly suggest that you purchase a travel insurance policy to cover such contingencies.
