Brand-new 4* apartment in a completely renovated grange dating from 1837, with a fantastic view of the Aiguille du Midi, the Mont-Blanc mountain range and the Bossons Glacier. In a quiet location in the heart of the village of Les Bossons. The apartment boasts a large living area with a flat-screen television, DVD player & hi-fi, with an open-plan kitchen (fully epuipped with oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, espresso machine etc.) and a dining area. 2 bedrooms: a master bedroom with king-size bed, safe and television and a twin bedroom. Bathroom with separate WC. Laundry room with washing machine & iron. South-facing balcony with view of the Aiguille du Midi. Use of storage room for skis/bikes, garden, private parking, garage (on request), use of outdoor heated swimming pool and tennis court (both from June to September only). Services included: Wi-fi, beds made on arrival, towels provided, cleaning on departure (except kitchen area). Available on request: fondue & raclette equipment, cot, high chair, baby phone. Charges included, local tax included, deposit for damages requested on arrival. Short stays possible on request. Situated 120m from bus and train stops. Ski slopes at 5 km.
