First On Marine host 5 designer waterfront holiday homes. Extensive views of Kapiti Island and the beach. Each apartment has been designed and furnished with you in mind. Upstairs you'll find a state of the art kitchen, open plan dining/living area. Flat screen TV, multi channel cable, phone, air conditioning, outdoor BBQ and furniture. Master bedroom with ensuite upstairs, with the other 2 rooms downstairs. Full laundry, internal garaging and security system.

Paraparaumu is located on the Kapiti Coast- you'll need a few days here to enjoy the many wonderful things you can do. Take a day trip to Kapiti Island - enjoy the bird life, native bush walk and an incredible view from the top. What about a round of golf, follow in Tiger Woods footsteps - try the Paraparaumu Beach course. Enjoy the largest privately owned collection of cars in the southern hemisphere Southwards Car Museum. Of course there are shopping trips to be had, a vineyard day trip and of course a wonderful selection of great restaurants.
