Vacation Rental Description
The luxury penthouse is situated in the beautiful St. Nicolas Elegant Residences in a priviledged and elevated postion in Chlorakas. The private roof garden terrace has spectacular views across Coral Bay and over the main pool area of the complex. St. Nicolas offers a combination of quiet relaxation around it's sun drenched pool, with the excitement of a visit to Paphos with it's mixture of classical , historical sites, fine dining, bars and nightlife. The Adulucian style resort with its elevated position overlooking the clear blue Mediterranean Sea, boasts heated indoor and outdoor pools, jacuzzi, sauna, a tennis court,children's playground, gynasium, private cinema, minimarket and restaurant. The penthouse is situated on two floors. On the lower floor is the lounge, kitchen,dining area and shower room. The lounge has a large 3 seater sofa bed to accomodate the 5th & 6th persons. The kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery, crockery & glassware for 6 people. There is an oven & hob, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board. A hairdryer and pool towels are also provided. On the upper floor is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, together with the family bathroom. The two floors are connected by a wide spiral staircase. There are two generous balconies, one from the lounge and the other from the master bedroom, ideal for alfresco dining or simply sitting sipping a cool glass of wine watching the evening sun go down.
About Golf Rentals Paphos
Numerous historical sites are found in Cyprus rubbing shoulders with modern cities, examples being The Tomb of the Kings and The Kurion. Seen as a whole Cyprus emerges as a fascinating mosaic of time,combining the old and the new and the past and the present. It is an island of great scenic beauty with a startling variety of landscapes from sandy beaches to The Troodos Mountains, with unspoilt villages nestling in the vineclad foothills and the fertile citrus and olive groves, together with lofty forests of pine and cedar. There is a small sandy beach within 5 minutes from the resort and the spectacular beaches of Coral Bay are approximately 15 minutes drive. There are 3 great golf courses within 20-30 minutes drive from the penthouse. Tsada is set in the grounds of a 12th century monastery and is an 18 hole course. Secret Valley which is in a beautiful scenic setting is also an 18 hole course. The newest magnificent course is Aphrodite Hills Golf Resort which is an 18 hole course approximately 20km from Paphos. Paphos harbour is about 10 minutes drive and there you will find many shops, bars & restaurants, fishing, boat trips sailing and diving.
