Vacation Rental Description

This Mews house is situated just off Broughton Road in the  New Town of Edinburgh and has the great advantage of its own integral garage which is very unusual for Central Edinburgh and a great plus.This is a one bedroom house on two levels.On the ground floor is the garage with enterance to the open plan ground floor with  Kitchen and open plan lounge /dining area.There is a large corner sofa bed which easily sleeps two people in this area and there is also a downstairs toilet.On the upper floor is another lounge with a large corner sofa,LCD TV ,DVD and a selection of books and dvd discs.There is also the main bathroom which is well laid out and has a power shower.The bedroom on this level has been furnished to a high standard,with a double bed with a memory mattress to give you a good nights sleep after all the sightseeing you will do.The bedroom has a lovely feature in having a Juliet window

This Mews house would benefit any visitor to our city ,who intends to rent or bring their own car and with parking costing uo to £10 per day the Garage is a real cost saving.

About Golf Rentals City Centre

Broughton St is in the New Town which was  designed in georgian times and is in a world heritage area.The street itself has a wide selection  of bars and restaurants and leads up to The east end of Princes St where the main railway station is situated.From here  you will see the Castle.Scott monument and the Old Town with its many tourist attractions.There is also a great variety of Shops including Harvey Nichols,Jenners and many more.The area is very lively(,even the fish and chip shop has a resident Dj at  the weekend,)but since the mews is situated in a quiet cul  de sac the house is very peaceful.So get the best of both worlds.

Outwith the centre,Edinburgh has its own beach situated at Portabello and also has a wide variety of golf courses,many of which are open championship venues within an easy drive of the Mews.Let us know if you want more details.

Notes on Apartment Prices

1. To confirm a booking we require a £100 deposit which will be returned at checkout once damages are checked

2. If you cancel your booking the deposit will be returned if we can re-let the booked days
3. If you wish to pay by cheque we require the payment 7 days before rental starts
4. If you pay by cash ,payment is due on arrival
5. We can accept credit/debit cards via Paypal
6. Any booking less than three days will incur a supplement
7. Christmas and New Year.min booking is 5 days
