Vacation Rental Description

The Villa has good view and front appearance. There is own parking and a beautiful front garden. As you enter the Villa, you will see a Lounge and sitting space and a space for Dining. The Top floor has 2 large bedrooms with Double beds. There is also a terrace where you can enjoy sitting, reading and relaxing in the sunshine in the late afternoon.

The Bedroom in the Ground floor is suitable for 2 adults in Single beds and the 2 Bedrooms in the Top floor is suitable for Couples which have double beds. All the bedrooms are fully air-conditioned. The Master bedroom is fitted with Bath tub and other bathrooms are having Shower facilities. Geyser is fitted if you wish to have hot water for bath. Both the Bedrooms on the Top floor has balconies with good view.

The Kitchen contains the facilities for cooking. Gas cooker, Fridge, Freezer, Toaster and Water purifier are provided. On your request, maid services can be provided who will cook the food of your taste.

About Goa Benaulim

The villa is located in a peaceful location of South Goa, not far from Benaulim beach (1.5kms) and Colva beach(4 kms). it is a serene surrounding, unspoilt and uncrowded. An easy drive can take you to many beaches of South Goa which has silver sand beaches. The villa is surrounded by Coconut groves and has good breeze. This location can make a good holiday for Families, honeymoon couples and other groups who wish to relax but at the sametime enjoy the most of the Beach holidays and other watersport activities.

The villa is located 1.5kms from the nearest beach of Benaulim. You can take a brisky walk to the beach from the Villa. The nearest town is Margao which is 4kms away where you can find all your needs. There are bus services available about 400 mtrs away from villa. Car hire is the best option if you plan to visit crowded beaches in the North Goa and you can also do some shopping on the way.

Benaulim Beach

Where Colva beach ends , Benaulim beach starts. It is a very quiet and virgin beach still undiscovered by the tourists. However , this beach is famous for fishing expedition . Benaulim beach gets fairly crowded in the evenings and on weekends. Benaulim beach is situated in south Goa on the shores of the Arabian Sea. It lies 41 km away from Panaji capital of Goa. The nearest airport to reach Benaulim beach in Goa is at Dabolim, which is 29 km away from Panaji and 70 km from Benaulim. The nearest railway station is at Karmali, 11 km away from Panaji. There are frequent buses from Colva, which is 2km from Benaulim beach, running to and from Margao.

 

Places Of Interest

The Church of St John the Baptist which is situated on a hill beyond the village and is worth a visit. Feast of St John the Baptist (Sao Joao) is celebrated as a thanksgiving. Young men wearing crowns of leaves and fruits tour the area singing for gifts. To commemorate the movement of St John when he was in his mother's womb and visited by Mary, the mother of Jesus, the young men of this village jump into the wells. Colva beach is just 2km away from the Benaulim beach.
