Vacation Rental Description
A large luxury apartment with living room
balcony overlooking the large resort swimming pool and bedroom balcony
overlooking the paddy fields and distant hills.
The
Serenity apartment is located in the quiet Palma Rinha resort in
Calangute near St. Alex's Church in North Goa. Due to its secluded
location it offers the discerning traveller a good nights rest from the
hustle and bustle that is Baga, Candolim and Calangute whilst still
being only a short taxi ride away from the hub of the action.
The apartment is decorated in a stylish modern and western style with all the creature comforts of your own home.
The apartment consists of a living room with full length sliding doors
leading onto a balcony overlooking the large resort swimming pool. The
living room has 3 seater sofa and armchair, coffee table, dining table
and four chairs, tv with cable and a dvd player, separate wardrobe and
drawers and large wall hung full length mirror. The room also has both
a ceiling fan and remote control ac unit.
The
flat is fitted throughout with universal plug points which means that
any plug, from anywhere in the world can be used in the flat without
the need for an adapter.
Adjoining
the living room is a superb modern bathroom, featuring a large sink,
wall hung western style wc and large shower area. Both the sink and
shower have a hot and cold water supply.
The
kitchen has hot and cold water at the sink which is positioned in front
of a large window that offers the stunning views across the paddy
fields and distant hills. The kitchen is fully equipped with front
loading full washing machine, microwave/grill, toaster, kettle and a
full set of cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils. Furthermore the
kitchen boasts a water purifier which renders the tap water safe to
drink for all and so dispenses with the need to purchase bottled water.
The
room adjoining the kitchen can be used for a variety of purposes, like
storage or, on prior arrangement, we are able to supply an additional
fold out bed should you wish to have extra guests staying. The
room features a window overlooking the paddy fields and a ceiling fan.
There is also a double insulated door system into the kitchen to cut
down on noise.
At the
back of the flat is a large bedroom featuring a full length sliding
door leading onto a balcony overlooking the paddy fields and distant
hills. The bedroom has a wardrobe with a chest of drawers and a full
length wall hung mirror. The double bed is fitted with a comfortable
spring mattress and quality cotton bed sheets. The room further boasts
two bed side tables, a large tv, a ceiling fan, remote control ac unit
and universal plugs throughout.
From
the bedroom there is a further en-suite bathroom containing a wall hung
western style wc, large sink with hot and cold water and a large shower
with hot and cold water.
