Vacation Rental Description
You will enter this modern apartment through the lobby and be welcomed into the great room featuring a large living/dining area, open kitchen with bar/breakfast counter which extends to the visitors lounge. Relax on the plush sofas and enjoy the soothing view of the palm decked valley below and the shimmering ocean. The dining area provides service for 8 and opens into a verandah and sitout which conveys the refreshing ocean breeze.
The brand new appliances comprise a 29inch flatscreen tv, large frost free fridge, gas stove, microwave oven, toaster and electric kettle, A hair dryer and steam iron with board are also available. A mini-bar is provided for our guest's enjoyment.
The master bedroom opens out into a verandah with breathtaking views of the ocean and valley. It is equipped with a king bed (78 x 72 with 10inch mattress), 2 bedside tables with lamps and a large wardrobe with full length mirror and work station. The attached master bath features an ultra modern clear glass wash basin and rain shower. All 4 bathrooms have their own separate shower stall.
The first guest bedroom features a wrought iron queen bed (78 x 60 with 7.5 inch mattress) with Indian design, It has a walk in closet with full length mirror. It is appointed with a large rocking chair and footstool, corner table and lamp. This bedroom has its own private verandah and sit out with a peaceful view of the distant ocean
The second guest bedroom is equipped with a teakwood queen bed (78 x 60 with 7.5inch mattress), 2 bedside tables with lamps and large wardrobe with full length mirror and work station.
The third guest bedroom is equipped with two single beds (each 78 x 36 with 7.5 inch mattresses), bedside table with lamp and large wardrobe with full length mirror and workstation.
Our property manager will greet you upon your arrival and assist you with arrangements for sightseeing, transportation and all other aspects of your Goan vacation. For your safety a 24 hour watchman cum caretaker attends the premises.

- 10% discount on consecutive stays of 6 - 11 nights 15% discount on consecutive stays of 12 nights or more No discounts from Dec 16 to Jan 15 and all bookings made for this period are non-refunable Rates are in US $ per night and the maximum occupancy is 10 persons PAYMENT TERMS Rupee Payment: 50% of the total charges to be paid at time of booking by Demand Draft or cheque payable at Mumbai and the balance within 30 days of arrival. Payment by US $: 50% of the total charges to be paid by a US $ check at time of booking and the balance within 30 days of arrival. Payment may also be made in US $ by any major credit card (5% processing surcharge will apply) Damage Deposit: Damage Deposit of Rs 5000/- in cash to be paid to the front office on arrival. This will be refunded after checking the apartment for any damages. Un-reported damages will be charged at double the replacement value. Cancellation Policy: 30 days prior to arrival : 1 night's rebooking fee deducted and the balance refunded.Less than 30 days prior to arrival : Non refundable No refunds for bookings made for peak period from Dec 16 to Jan 15 and these are required to be fully prepaid to secure the reservation.
