The apartments in located on the 1st floor level of Colva Holiday Homes which is accessible by stairs or lift from the ground floor.. Colva Holiday Homes is located 20 mts away from the main Colva road just 5 mins walk to the world famous Colva Beach in South Goa. A 10 min drive will take you to Margao which is the commercial town in South Goa. All the government administrative offices for South Goa are based in Margao Goa. The airport is 23kms (30 mins drive) from Colva Holiday Homes and the Railway Station - Madgao is just 6 kms from the holiday home.

The full service holiday apartments have a large living room with an attached kitchen and a bedroom with attached bathroom. The living room is furnished with comfortable sofa set and a love seat and also consists of a dining table, a coffee table, and television with more than 350 channels. Yes you can watch HBO! The kitchen which is attached to the living room consists of a fridge to keep your groceries fresh or make some ice for your very own in house bar. The kitchen has a granite worktop with a cooking stove, electric kettle & bread toaster. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, glassware, crockery & cutlery to prepare and serve a sumptuous or a menial meal.

The bedroom is fitted with a silent split air-condition and is fully furnished with a queen size bed with comfortable mattress and bedding made of the finest material specially imported from China. There are two pillows (feathered or foam) provided for your comforts and extra pillows are provided on request at no cost. The bed is done up with two bed sheets of 300 thread counts a comforter or a pullover. Three sets of linen are provided for future use together with four towels. There is a full size wardrobe in the bedroom for your clothes, two side tables with drawers and a dressing table.

The bathroom is fitted with tiles from the floor to the ceiling. The bathroom consists of a wash basin with a large counter for your toiletries, a western toilet bowl and a shower area. There is hot & cold water for 24/7 even when the city water is stopped for repairs. There are electrical points for your shaver or any other electrical gadgets.

Free Wi-Fi broadband internet connection! Yes the apartment is fully Wi - Fi with broadband internet connection to keep you updated with your mails and office. The apartment can function as a small office for your use to check on your mails or write about Goa to your friends. There is a desktop computer with a printer which is connected to the broadband internet. There is in - house telephone with a private telephone number and a fax machine can be provided on request.

The apartment complex is fully secured, it has a late rite wall running along the boundary of the property and the entrance is manned by a security guard. There is ample of parking for your private of rental car and a reception desk to take care of your requirement.

The apartment is less than 5 mins walking distance to the world famous Colva Beach. As you come out of the complex if you go towards the left you will find the magnificent church of Nossa Senora De Merces ( Our Lady of Mercy) which is also famous for it's miraculous statue of Menino Jesus. Across from the church you will find the local market supplying fresh groceries, fish and meat. The Village Panchyat (Governing Body for the Village of Colva) is next to the church building. If you proceed further you will reach Margao  - Goa.

As you come out of the complex if you turn towards your right and keep walking you will reach Colva beach. All along the beach road you will find different shops selling daily provisions, mini super markets, gift shops, clothes shops, shops selling hand made gifts of coir, coconut shell etc. There are many famous restaurants’ with a wide variety of food along this road. There are banks and ATM machines along this road too. You can rent a bike or a car across from the complex.

Colva Beach is a world famous beach and a must visit beach for every tourist or travelers. Every year thousands of tourist and travelers both foreign and Indian come to Colva Beach to truly experience Goa. The beach belt is dotter with beach shacks which serve wonderful food during the tourist season. You can participate in water sports which are available on the beach belt or play beach volleyball in the sand. If you are doing either of it than you can simply relax with a glass of beer and feast on some great food at the beach shacks. The beach shacks serve other branded liquor and sprits too. Colva Beach is considered safe due to the non existence of the under currents and presence of several well trained life guards who patrol the beach for 24 hrs. Ten minutes walk on either side of Colva Beach will bring you to more peaceful stretches of beach area where you can watch the sunset or sunrise by yourself or your loved ones. Colva is accessible by public transport or taxi cabs.
