Vacation Rental Description

The flats are located in the tourist belt of north Goa. Just 7 minutes walking distance from the beach and 3 minutes walking distance from the main road. Close to all restaurants, shops and taxi/bus stands. All the flats are cross ventilated. There are only two flats on each floor. All the flats have mosquuito nets. There are 4 flats available for renting two on the first floor and two on the ground floor. All the flats are fully grilled and have two western toilets.From 24th December 08 to 3 rd jan 09 upto 6 persons allowed to reside in the appartment at peak season rate of 50 GBP per day for the appartment.Cooking is allowed.During other times extra persons allowed at mutually decided rates.

The flats are located in a residential zone. A lot of foreign tourists frequent the area and it is not crowded as compared to other areas.The flats are located just 3 minutes walking distance from State Bank of India(Fort Aguada branch)/HDFC bank /ATM/Ruffles Bar and Restaurant
