This fully-functional holiday rental in Dona Paula has a neutral interior décor and also features tile flooring, high ceilings, picturesque windows and modern amenities and fixtures. The large living, dining and kitchen area boasts an easy-living and easy-flow atmosphere. Furnished with plush sofas and a 29” flat-screen satellite TV, it is adjacent to the 8-seater dining area which opens on to an outdoor terrace. The fully-equipped kitchen, which benefits from a breakfast bar with stools, has brand new appliances making cooking and dining in at home a great option.
All four bedrooms are en-suite with showers and air conditioning and individual temperature controls. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a large wardrobe and a master bath with a rain shower. It also opens out onto the terrace with ocean and valley views. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and a walk-in closet; the third bedroom has a queen-size bed and a large wardrobe; and the last bedroom has 2 single beds and a large wardrobe.
The apartment includes air conditioning, a hair dryer, a steam iron and board, a mini bar and 24-hour security.
Additional optional services available are sightseeing arrangements and transportation that can be assisted by the property manager.

We did have a good time. I must say that the apartment is really well-made & the furnitures maintained.However, there were a few issues that we faced, which kind of left a bad taste in the mouth:1) Electricity: The place doesnt have an inverter & ACs switch of between 12AM-8AM. We also had one night without any electricity2) Need a proactive caretaker 3) Some basic kitchen equiptments are needed like tongs, scissors, etc & there should be some arrange for Milk & other basic necessities atleast for the 1st night (which obviously could be charged for)However, I dont take away from the fact that the apartment is excellent. The views were awesome & the amenities were at par with any 3-4 star hotel. Also the joy of living with your family together is invaluable.
The perfect spot to base your holiday in Goa,not far from the Airport and the Capital city of Panjim. Donna Paula jetty and one of the Tourist attractions is a 15-20min walk from the apartment or a 5min drive. The onsite caretaker was always available to help while Lourdes the Manager was very knowledgeable and efficient. Monginis bakery and the Liquor store are a short walk for some quick provisions to enjoy sitting on the balcony looking across a carpet of swaying Palm tree.Cida de Goa a famous 5Star hotel closeby was great to celebrate our special day.
The Apartment was of a very high standard with all the convienience of home. The Plasma Cable TV was a hit with the teenagers who wanted their sports and music.Having some transport is a plus as there are great beaches around to enjoy, we loved Colva beach for its soft sand and water sports.
Would recommend this property to families and groups of friends as the 4 bedrooms are all a good size with attached bathrooms. We had a great holiday and will return next year to enjoy some more R & R that is uniquely Goa.
We stayed the first week of the new year 08 at this property. It was just as described on the website and we were not disappointed. Location is 10mins walk off the nearest main road but we hired a taxi, same driver, on a daily basis - air con a must - and were collected and delivered back to the apartment at the times we wanted. The fabulous panoramic views from the apartment were wonderful. The property was spotless, well maintained with on site caretaker and daily maid service - both delightful and helpful people with excellent local knowledge. Our taxi driver took us to some of the best authentic Goan restaurants - "Martin's Corner" and "Mum's Kitchen" to name but two - so rely on the locals rather than guide books. The property is well located for whatever you want to do. Halfway through our stay it was my birthday and we came back to the apartment to find a bottle of champagne and birthday card. A really nice touch indeed ! All considered, you will find it a dificult task to find better quality accommodation for the price in this part of Goa - thanks to Dominic, Lourdes and Anant for all their help and attention; and the key question we always ask ourselves - would you ever stay there again ? - It has to be a resounding ABSOLUTELY !
