Fairwood at Oubaai is located on Oubaai Golf Estate in the heart of the Garden Route, and provides spacious luxurious self-catering holiday accommodation which has been designed and furnished to a very high standard. The luxury property is North facing and offers amazing views of the Gwaing River Valley and Outeniqua Mountains. Every effort has been made to have the guests comfort in mind, electric blankets on all beds, hot water bottles provided for colder evenings (be it indoors or outdoors), quality linen, bath & beach towels provided.

Accommodation comprises: 4 bedrooms (two of which have private lounge area & are en-suite), 3 bathrooms, Staff accommodation, large living room, family room, dining room, well equipped kitchen, separate utility, large outdoor entertainment area, Pool, Jacuzzi, DSTV (PVR), use of 4-seater golf cart and high quality artificial putting green in garden.

The property has a full-time house keeper Monday - Friday taking care of all chores, enabling you to relax and enjoy your surroundings. Fairwood at Oubaai can accommodate a large group, or even two four balls if you are traveling golfers.

About Garden Route George

Oubaai Golf Course is Ernie Els’ first signature golf course in South Africa. The 18-hole golf course is surrounded by views of the Outeniqua Mountains, the Indian Ocean and the Gwaing River Valley.

The house is situated in the Mountain View area of Oubaai Golf Estate, and as the name suggests, offers amazing views of the Outeniqua Mountain Range. The accommodation is North facing and offers spacious, luxurious, self-catering accommodation which has been furnished to a high standard. Walking trails are mapped for your enjoyment. A number of playgrounds have been installed throughout the Estate for the enjoyment of the younger visitor. For your convenience in getting around the estate a four seater golf cart is provided (estate rules apply).

The Club House and Restaurant provide guests with a relaxed, friendly and welcoming atmosphere. At the Lifestyle Centre you will find a gymnasium, squash court, tennis court, outdoor pools, driving range & a restaurant/ coffee shop.

Herold's Bay is a four minutes drive from the Estate, and George Town Centre and The Garden Route Mall are a fifteen minute drive away. For international guests who travel via Johannesburg or Cape Town, connections can be made to George Airport which is only 9 kms from Fairwood Oubaai.
