Vacation Rental Description

Our two holiday aprtments in Floriday Keys consist each of covered parking on the ground level, a livingroom/kitchen, laundry area, and a one-half bath on the second level, and two bedrooms and a full bath on the third level. There are balconies on the 2nd and 3rd level which overlook the basin and the Sombrero golf course.

The Floriday Keys rentals come completely furnished and feature air conditioning and gas grill for barbecuing. The differences between the two holiday apartments are the amenities. The holiday apartment "Townhouse A"has a king size bed and fans on the outdoor patio. Furthermore, it has an ice-maker on the fridge and a bigger living room. Whereas the apartment "Townhouse B" offers a sofa bed and can therefore sleep up 6 persons comfortably, while "Townhouse A" sleeps up only 4.

We have boat docks, a concrete bait table, a 7 cubic-foot freezer for the fisherman, and bicycles for all our guests. Local phone calls are free. SORRY, NO PETS.

About Florida Keys Marathon

These holiday apartments are in a townhouse style and located in Marathon, Florida...in the heart of the Florida Keys. The unequaled Key islands are connected to the mainland by the way of the overseas highway and feature the aquamarine seas of the Atlantic Ocean to the southeast and the gulf of Mexico to the northwest. The Keys provide some of the best fishing in the world, unsurpassed diving from the coral reefs, and excursions by land and boating at their best.

The holiday apartments sit on a 200-foot wide basin canal and have dockage for your boat. There is easy access to both the Ocean and the Bay via the canal. We are centrally located and within walking distance to grocery, drug and various shopping and gift stores, post office, bank, sports bar, movie theatre, liquor store and several restaurants.

In addition, the Museum of Natural History, Sombrero Beach, Crane Point Hammock, 7-mile Bridge, Pigeon Key Museum and the Dolphin Research Center are located nearby. There are several marinas which provide boat rentals for fishing, diving, snorkeling and excursions and for you boaters...a boat ramp is located at the end of the street. There are also swimming pools available nearby for your use. There is also a bike and walking path to the public beach.

Florida Keys Apartment Prices

Notes on Apartment Prices

1. Minimum stay is 7 days. Normal rental week runs from Saturday to Saturday.

2. Prices given are for one apartment. The other prices differ slightly, please ask us.
3. Security Deposit: $250 is required with each weeks' reservation.
4. State and Local Taxes are 11.5%.
5. The cleaning fee is $50.
6. If the 50 amp service on the dock is used, there will be a nominal charge.
7. 2 additional persons allowed only in Townhouse "B" at the rental rate of $25 per person per week.
8. 2 vehicles permitted per townhouse.
9. In event of cancellation: A full refund of the deposit will only be issued upon landloard/owner's receipt of a 45 day Notice of Cancellation. Refund shall be mailed to tennant within 15 days of said cancellation.
10. In the event of a hurricane evacution, the refund will be prorated.
