6. CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation made 31 days prior to arrival will be subject to a $185 fee. This will be deducted from the deposit and the remaining deposit will be refunded. The 25% deposit will not be refunded if cancellation is received within the 31 days of arrival date. LAST MINUTE CANCELLATIONS a week before arrival or NO-SHOWS will be charged in full. 7. CHECK-IN PROCEDURES: A photo ID and major credit card are required. A security damage deposit of $350 is per villa, through a major credit card imprint, is required upon check-in and is unblocked a week after departure if there are no damages.
