Vacation Rental Description

Sunbirds is a beautiful, 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa.  The villa boasts 2 separate living areas and is furnished to a high standard throughout providing all the comforts of home and many little extras. There is cable TV and a DVD player in the family room with an additional TV in the master bedroom.

The master bed is furnished with a king bed and has a large en-suite bath and walk-in closet. A queen and 2 twin bedrooms share a family bath.

Outside, there is a fully enclosed private 30' pool and large spa, overlooking a small lake. The pool area has large patio table and chairs, and sun recliners. The pool and spa can be provided with electrical heating outside of the summer months; for arrangement with owner.

Additional amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, including microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker (and large tea pot!).  There is a separate laundry room with washer, dryer and ironing facilities.

The villa is furnished to be your home from home - with a pool and spa thrown in!

About Florida Gulf Coast Sarasota

Sabal Harbour is a great location for a family holiday, not too far from many glorious beaches and the attractions of Tampa and Sarasota. It also boasts great community facilities including large pool, tennis and basketball courts and a children's play area.

The wonderful beaches of Anna Maria Island, the Sarasota Keys and Venice are all less than a half an hour drive. Siesta Key is recognised as one of the finest beaches in the US, with wonderful fine sand; Venice beach is more relaxed and is renowned for the petrified sharks teeth that can be found there.

There are numerous shopping malls, plus the excellent Ellenton Outlet Mall which is a 15 minute drive away.  Sarasota boasts many fine restaurants, and there is all the variety necessary for all changes and appetites.
