Our Florida vacation Villa is a Brand New 4 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom Luxury Villa with 2 Double Master Suites with En suite Bathrooms and a sparkling 33ft heated swimming pool, and separately heated spa with a decked patio area .

With over 1837 square feet of living space and a double garage, it boasts the most up to date ideas in modern living.

The main Living area is open plan with a large Family Room and Dining Room which opens out and joins in the Kitchen with beautifully crafted Wooden Cabinets in modern colours and design.

Three of the Bedrooms have a Colour Cable TV and ample storage space in the walk-in closets. The fourth bedroom has a Playstation 2 hooked up to the TV.

The Family Room has a Cable TV and a DVD Player for those relaxing evenings after the busy days in the Parks.

This is a Home from Home and you will leave after your holiday feeling relaxed, refreshed and wanting more.

Notes on Villa Prices

1. Pool Heat = £10 per day £60 per week.

   A deposit of £100 per week must accompany bookings, which is non-refundable. The balance must be paid eight weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday along with a Security Deposit of £150. The Security Deposit will be returned to the Client within one month after the completion of the holiday as long as any key(s) are returned and no damage or loss is reported by the Letter's Management Company.
