This beautiful, self-catering Florence apartment is surrounded by a lovely Tuscan countryside and parking is provided. The 320 square meter Florence apartment is located on the ground floor and has many original and highly charming features. It consists of a large entrance hall, lounge and dining room, a kitchen with a traditional fireplace, grill and dishwasher. There are two double bedrooms (each with en-suite), a twin bedroom and another with a single bed (there is also a double sofa bed in the lounge room). Best of all, this villa comes with its own private garden.

If a security deposit is required it will be refunded to you in full at the end of your stay (unless damages have occured). - Cancellation Policy
Down Payment: The down payment amount as stated on your voucher is non-refundable.
Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for the amount of 1 nights rental of the property rented.
Within 7 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 7 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 4 nights rental.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that you subscribe to a travel insurance with our partner or with the insurance company of your choice.
