This lovely Florence accommodation has a sun-drenched terrace with great views of the Stazione Santa Maria Novella and the Lungarno. The Florence rental apartment is divided into one living room with a double sofa bed and TV and a very well equipped kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher). From the spacious living room, a spiral staircase will lead you to the bedroom loft which has a large double bed with the bathroom that includes a shower. This Florence apartment is located on the 3rd floor with no lift.

This Florence apartment is located on Via Palazzuolo. The rental is an easy five to seven minutes walking from all the major attractions including Piazza del Duomo and Ponte Vecchio.

The Zuolo Terrace’s central location is perfect for exploring the heart of Florence. The area consists of a network of small streets and wide shopping avenues that converge on Santa Maria Novella, where stands the homonymous imponent Basilica of the late 13th century. Santa Maria Novella Basillca is the most important Gothic church in Tuscany. It was built in 1246 by Domenican friars on the site of the 10th-century Dominican oratory of S. Maria delle Vigne.

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 25% of the booking deposit is reimbursed.

Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for the amount of 1 nights rental of the property rented. Every effort will be made to find a replacement tenant, in which case the Client will be reimbursed pro-rata, minus a 50% service charge and not be liable for the 1 nights rental.
Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 4 nights rental.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
