This luxury accommodation is characterised by large windows that offer a spectacular view of the entire city...of Florence and the surrounding hills. This Florence apartments opens out to an equipped terrace where you can have a sunbath and admire the views.

This Florence apartment is situated in the middle of Florence and just a two-minute walk from the Basilica di Santa Croce and very close to the Museo Nazionale del Bargello and the Teatro Verdi; a few metres from some of the city's most prestigious restaurants (including the Enoteca Pinchiorri).

The apartment is located in the limited traffic area and well served by public transport and offers the possibility of parking in a pay car park that can be found in a 50 m radius.

Fifth floor: large living/dining room (TV) with kitchen corner (2 burners, microwave) and access to the overhead gallery with a double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower. Very well kept period pieces. Air conditioning. Central heating with hot water production.

About Florence Santa Croce

Piazza Santa Croce is a huge huge rectangular square that was created in front of the Franciscan Basilica. The whole area is medieval in origin which can be can clearly seen in many of the architecture surrounding the piazza. The church, Santa Croce, is the church of the Franciscans in Florence and is one of the finest examples of Italian Gothic architecture. Building started in 1294 and was eventually completed in 1442. Here you'll find on the walls masterpieces of Tuscan Gothic or proto-Renaissance painting: the Bardi and Peruzzi chapels' frescoes are by Giotto; the Baroncelli Chapel has frescoes by Taddeo Gaddi and a polyptych by Agnolo Gaddi, who also did the frescoes in the Castellani Chapel.
