It is a neighbourhood of narrow streets with artisan workshops and cosy restaurants (trattorie) where even today you can feel a strong presence of ancient Florence. The Residenza is located in a beautiful 17th century palace. It is next to the home of Filippo Lippi and the Church of Carmine. Inside the Church is the Brancacci Chapel with frescoes by Masaccio, Masolino and Filippino Lippi. The florence apartment is approximately 35 squared meters and is ideal for up to two people. It is composed of a complete kitchenette, a sleeping area with a large bed with a beautiful iron head board, a TV area and bathroom with shower. About Florence Santo Spirito
The bohemian area of Santo Spirito is is named after the church of Santo Spirito. Designed by Brunelleschi and begun in 1444, it is one of the most beautiful examples of Renaissance architecture. The neighborhood is populated by craftsmen, restorers and antique dealers and in the center is the Piazza Santo Spirito which is a lively and local area with some inexpensive trattorias and a produce market every morning, as well as a fleamarket held on the second Sunday of every month. More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 25% of the booking deposit is reimbursed.
Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for the amount of 1 nights rental of the property rented. Every effort will be made to find a replacement tenant, in which case the Client will be reimbursed pro-rata, minus a 50% service charge and not be liable for the 1 nights rental.
Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 4 nights rental.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
