This Florence holiday apartment located in Santo Spirito is part of a beautiful residence. Situated in a wonderful neighbourhood with narrow streets, artisan workshops and inexpensive restaurants. The Residence is built in a 17th century palace and is next to the home of Filippo Lippi and the Church of Carmine.

Approximately 40 squared meters ideal for one or two people.

This Florence apartment is composed of a complete kitchenette and a sleeping area with a large bed with a beautiful iron head board. There's a separete TV area and the bathroom comes with a shower.

This accommodtion faces onto an internal garden which is at your disposal relaxing in the afternoon or for a romantic dinner under the stars.

The bohemian area of Santo Spirito is is named after the church of Santo Spirito. Designed by Brunelleschi and begun in 1444, it is one of the most beautiful examples of Renaissance architecture. The neighborhood is populated by craftsmen, restorers and antique dealers and in the center is the Piazza Santo Spirito which is a lively and local area with some inexpensive trattorias and a produce market every morning, as well as a fleamarket held on the second Sunday of every month. You'll be 10 minutes walk from the center of Florence from here.

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 25% of the booking deposit is reimbursed.

Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for the amount of 1 nights rental of the property rented. Every effort will be made to find a replacement tenant, in which case the Client will be reimbursed pro-rata, minus a 50% service charge and not be liable for the 1 nights rental.
Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 4 nights rental.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
