The Florence holiday apartment is on the second floor up (without elevator) of a quiet building. The Florence rental accommodation consists of: a foyer, living room, dining room (table for 6/8), kitchen (with breakfast table for 2), a master bedroom (full-size double bed), double bedroom with twin beds and loft with single bed, small bedroom with French-size double bed with storage loft. There are two bathrooms (both with shower enclosure). A staircase in the living room leads to a laundry area and small rooftop terrace with a table and four chairs.

The furnishings are a combination of modern and traditional pieces and several of the rooms have Murano glass lighting fixtures and unique wall treatments. The apartment is equipped with air-conditioning and floor fans, ADSL computer connection, videophone, CD player, tv, dishwasher, microwave oven, washing machine, kitchenware and linens. Three hours of maid service are included. The heating is autonomous gas.

This conveniently located Florence apartment is nestled midway between the Santa Maria Novella train station and the Fortezza da Basso/Palazzo Congressi complex, in via Faenza. The Central Market is only 5 minutes’ walk and the vicinity to the train and bus stations make this apartment especially well positioned.

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 25% of the booking deposit is reimbursed.

Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for the amount of 1 nights rental of the property rented.
Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 3 nights rental.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
