This is an original holiday apartment just few steps from the famous Ponte Vecchio, located in a fourteenth century listed building that was the ancient convent of Santa Caterina's. The apartment is very close to Ponte Vecchio, in the heart of Florence; you can easily get the most important monuments on foot: Uffizi Gallery, Piazza Signoria, the Dome, etc.Tourist apartment Caterina has been recently restored. It has a vaulted roof and a typical "cotto" floor.It is 42 mq and has a dining room, kitchen, bathroom with shower and bidet, a bedroom with a queen size bed and a sofa bed. The kitchen and the bathroom are fully refurbished and accessorized.

ProcessHow to book: Just enter your dates, find a Florence rental you like and click "Book Now". We will then ask for contact details and a down payment to reserve your accommodation in Florence. That's it! Your booking is confirmed! - Cancellation Policy
More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 25% of the booking deposit is reimbursed.
Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for the amount of 1 nights rental of the property rented.
Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 4 nights rental.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
