This 220 square meter Florence vacation apartment can sleep up to five people and has all the amenities you'd want out of a luxury apartment. Located is on the third floor (with elevator) this wonderful Florence accommodation has been restored by an Italian architect and the building itself dates back to the beginning of the last century.

This holiday apartment is equipped with the most modern accessories, with a kitchen recalling the old Florentine flavors and the house is served by a private garage with automatic gate that can accommodate up to 3 cars. The apartment also has an elevator.

Special care was taken for the restoration and close attention was given to using natural materials such as elm wood, handmade terra cotta tiles and natural marble for lining in the bathrooms. The apartment is beautifully furnished with all modern amenities giving it a pleasant mix of old Tuscan and modern Italian styles.

There is a terrace from where you have a lovely view of a century-old park and a breathtaking view of the Arno River and the Uffizi gallery.
