This is a wonderful Florence holiday apartment situated on the first floor (without elevator) of an ancient palazzo in the Duomo area. The apartment is located just off Via Tornabuoni (the most famous high class shopping area in Florence) and you'll be walking distance to all the sights of Florence from here.

Located in a quiet and nice residential pedestrian area, the building dates back to the 1400's, and is preserved by the "Ufficio delle Belle Arti".

This Florence apartment is located over two floors and still has the original wooden beamed ceilings and wooden floors. The apartment is composed of a living room with 2 single beds and a well equipped kitchen. There's a double bedroom on the second floor and the bathroom comes with a shower.

At the heart of Florence is the wonderful piazza del Duomo, and, at its core, the Duomo. Florence's cathedral and one of the most beautiful churches in Italy. With an exterior inlaid with intricately patterned pink, white and green marble, The Duomo has come to symbolize Florence in the same way that the Eiffel Tower symbolizes Paris. Marvel at the towering cupola , the stunning mosaics and bronze doors of the Baptistery. Brunelleschi designed the enormous dome, and its interior features frescoes and stained-glass windows by some of the Renaissance's best: Castagno, Donatello, Uccello and Ghiberti. Here you'll be in the center of Renaissance art and some of the best restaurants and bars in Florence.

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 25% of the booking deposit is reimbursed.

Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for the amount of 1 nights rental of the property rented. Every effort will be made to find a replacement tenant, in which case the Client will be reimbursed pro-rata, minus a 50% service charge and not be liable for the 1 nights rental.
Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 4 nights rental.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
