This wonderful holiday apartment in Florence offers views of the Duomo and allows you to have easy reach of all the historical monuments in the city; Piazza della Signoria, the Duomo, the Uffizi Gallery and the Old Bridge are just minutes away.

This Florence apartment is located in a pedestrian zone and cannot be reached by car.

For larger gruops, this apartment is located on the same floor as the Raphael apartment.

This Florence apartment comprises of one large comfortable room which is divided into a sleeping area with ttwin beds, a dining table and TV set.

There's a well-equipped kitchen which offers views of the Giotto bell tower of the Duomo. There's also lovely double room and a large separate bathroom.

A lovely private terrace completes the property.

At the heart of Florence is the wonderful piazza del Duomo, and, at its core, the Duomo. Florence's cathedral and one of the most beautiful churches in Italy. With an exterior inlaid with intricately patterned pink, white and green marble, The Duomo has come to symbolize Florence in the same way that the Eiffel Tower symbolizes Paris. Marvel at the towering cupola , the stunning mosaics and bronze doors of the Baptistery.

Brunelleschi designed the enormous dome, and its interior features frescoes and stained-glass windows by some of the Renaissance's best: Castagno, Donatello, Uccello and Ghiberti. Here you'll be in the center of Renaissance art and some of the best restaurants and bars in Florence.

The apartment is cute, clean and the location is perfect. The owners are an absolute delight and after some previous bad experiences, it was such a pleasure to deal with professional, friendly people. Wonderful all round.

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 25% of the booking deposit is reimbursed.

Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for the amount of 1 nights rental of the property rented. Every effort will be made to find a replacement tenant, in which case the Client will be reimbursed pro-rata, minus a 50% service charge and not be liable for the 1 nights rental.
Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 4 nights rental.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
