This newly renovated Florence holiday apartment is on the third floor and is serviced with an elevator and by a doorman. This Florence apartment is situated at the end of one of Florence's most exclusive streets, Via Tornabuoni. Exciting fashion boutiques, coffee-houses, world-renowned restaurants and jewellery shops abound in this area. The railway and inter-city bus station are five minutes walk in one direction, and the central food market, open every morning, is a ten minute walk in the other direction. Also nearby is the "British Institute" known for its interesting lectures and comprehensive language School (both Italian and English).

This luxury accommodation consists of: entry hall decorated with trompe d’oieul, large living room/dining room (with a dining table for 6 persons), a modern kitchen with dishwasher. There are 3 double bedrooms (beds may be divided into twins if necessary). Two of the bedrooms have en suite bathrooms (one with tub, one with tub and shower), the third bathroom has a shower stall. From the living room a French door leads onto a spacious terrace (25 square meters). Patio furniture is supplied.

The apartment is air-conditioned and has autonomous gas heating. There is a colour T.V., washing machine, dishwasher and telephone. Maid service is available upon request. Linen is supplied. Private garage space may be available upon request at the nearby central station.
