This wonderful and romantic Florence holiday apartment is located on the third floor of a wonderful palazzo in the heart of the historical center. It's situated in the attic and has been recently renovated and restored while still keeping the original wooden beamed ceilings and stone "cotto" flooring.

This Florence apartment is comprised of a lovely room with a very comfortable double bed and a dining corner where you can enjoy romantic meals from. Both the kitchen and the bathroom (with a stand up shower) are full of light due to the beautiful mansard windows.

From the room you have access to the terrace overlooking the internal green courtyard.

This Florence Town House is right in the historical centre, in Via Santa Reparata, only few minutes walk from Santa Maria del Fiore's Cathedral, Piazza San Marco, the Academy Gallery, the Medicean Chapels, San Lorenzo's Basilica, as well as other major tourist attractions - the Duomo, the Uffizi Museum and the wonderful Piazza della Signoria.

It stands in one of the liveliest corners of Florence, where you can find little typical restaurants and shopping both in the most fashionable boutiques and in San Lorenzo's open market.

This Florence accommodation is also strategically located if you travel by train as it's five minutes walk from the train station of Santa Maria Novella.

The location was perfect, walking distance to all the tourist attractions but also quiet enough to stay away from the hussle and bussle. The apartment was very clean and cosy. We would recommend this apartment to anyone who is thinking of travelling to Florence. Thank you.

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 25% of the booking deposit is reimbursed.

Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for the amount of 1 nights rental of the property rented. Every effort will be made to find a replacement tenant, in which case the Client will be reimbursed pro-rata, minus a 50% service charge and not be liable for the 1 nights rental.
Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 4 nights rental.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
