This Florence holiday apartment is located in San Frediano district, the oldest and most characteristic area in Florence, right between "Piazza S. Spirito" and the "Ponte Vecchio" in an old charming building. The apartment is in one of the best locations for visiting the city of Florence and is located on the first floor (with elevator). This elegant apartment provides very comfortable accommodation for 4 people.

This Florence apartment has been recently renovated while still keeping the character of the original structure. Wonderful wooden beamed ceilings and wooden floors are combined with all modern conforts. Located over two floors with two loft areas where both bedrooms are found. There's one double bedroom and one bedroom with twin beds.

The large and bright living room has a fully equipped kitchenette in the corner and is well furnished.

About Florence Santo Spirito

The bohemian area of Santo Spirito is is named after the church of Santo Spirito. Designed by Brunelleschi and begun in 1444, it is one of the most beautiful examples of Renaissance architecture. The neighborhood is populated by craftsmen, restorers and antique dealers and in the center is the Piazza Santo Spirito which is a lively and local area with some inexpensive trattorias and a produce market every morning, as well as a fleamarket held on the second Sunday of every month. You'll be 10 minutes walk from the center of Florence from here.
