This wonderful holiday apartment in Florence is located in an ancient building situated in the city centre, just a quick stroll away from Piazza San Marco and the Galleria dell’Accademia. It's situated in the limited traffic area, but is well served by public transport. This Florence apartment is located over two floors and is fully restored while utilising the original structure, the ancient vaulted wooden beam ceiling and Tuscan terracotta flooring. Ground floor: large living/dining room (TV) with queen size bed (or 2 single beds), and an additional single bed, kitchen corner (microwaves), 1 bathroom with shower. About Florence San Marco
This is where the university is located and it's a wonderful vibrant area that buzzes with people. On the corner of the Piazza SS Annunziata, you'll find the busiest museum in Florence, Galleria dell’ Accademia. One of the reasons is that it's home to Michelangelo’s magnificent nude, David. Carved from a single massive lump of marble in 1504.

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 25% of the booking deposit is reimbursed.
Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for the amount of 1 nights rental of the property rented. Every effort will be made to find a replacement tenant, in which case the Client will be reimbursed pro-rata, minus a 50% service charge and not be liable for the 1 nights rental.
Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 4 nights rental.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
