This luxury Florence apartment is situated in a completely renovated 14th century palazzo, just around the corner from Via Tornabuoni, one of Florence's most exclusive streets. Fashion boutiques, coffee houses and jewellery shops abound in this area, plus world-renowned restaurants.

This Florence apartment, formerly a painter’s studio, is on the second floor (3rd American) and is serviced with an elevator. It consists of a large living room with a double-size sofa bed, a cooking area, a loft (with a double bed), and a bathroom (with shower). There is a utility space with a washing machine, closet and ironing board. The “cooking area” consists of a stove with oven, fridge and sink that can all be hidden behind closet doors. There is a table for 4.

The walls are decorated with trompe l’oeil designs. There is a T.V. and a telephone. Maid service is available upon request. Linen, dishes and cookware are supplied. Private garage space may also available.
