Welcome to North Berwick Golf Lodge, a former coaching House situated in the heart of East Lothian. Having undergone extensive refurbishment, the lodge offers exclusive luxury golf accommodation to the highest standard for parties of 8 - 12 people. North Berwick Golf Lodge offers luxury golf accommodation in a comfortable private space for a single group of people who yearn the comforts of a 5 star Hotel whilst enjoying the freedom and privacy of a private house. Hosts Tom & Emma Hill live closeby and can offer clients' additional services to include served full breakfast, daily housekeeping, laundry and food / beverage requirements from snacks with cold beers to formal dinner with fine wines. A full concierge service is offered including golf and restaurant reservations. We also offer an executive golf travel service with our chauffeur driven luxury Mercedes Traveliner.

After a day treading the Links, relax in our 8ft Arctic Spa Hot Tub or brush up on your putting stroke on our Huxley all weather Putting Green.

Located on Fidra Road, North Berwick Golf Lodge is the ideal base for golfers wishing to sample some of Scotland's finest courses. North Berwick west Links is a 5 minute walk from the lodge & Muirfield - host to the British open Championship- is only a 5 minute drive away. Indeed the choice is endless with some further 20 courses situated within 20 minutes drive of the lodge including Gullane, Dunbar, Luffness & Archerfield.

A truly superb location for families, the Lodge is 5 minutes walk from the beach and the town. Nearby places of interest include The Scottish Seabird Centre, The Museum of Flight and the Glenkinchie Whisky Distillery as well as various Castles and Stately homes.
Edinburgh, Scotland's historic Capital is only 20 miles away and is easily acessible by road or train.

Notes on Villa Prices

1. Prices are based on exclusive use of the Lodge for one week on a self catering basis, fully inclusive of vat @ 17.5%. Also inclusive of heating, electricity, Linen and towels

2. Provisional bookings can be made by telephone or e-mail and are held for 7 days
3. To confirm the booking, a non refundable deposit of 20% is required. This can be sent by cheque or bank transfer
4. The balance of your booking is required 8 weeks prior to arrival along with a damage / key loss deposit of £250. This further deposit is returned to you once the departure check has been carried out and Lodge keys have been returned
5. In the event of cancellation within 28 days of arrival, 75% of the total booking fee is liable
6. In the event of cancellation within 10 days of arrival the full booking fee is non refundable.
