This modern, second floor one bedroom apartment is exceptionally centrally positioned, set within the most historically important street in the whole of Scotland, and surrounded by so many sights and sounds of nearly 1000 years of Scottish history and social life.The accommodation consists of a pleasing lounge with a sunny outlook over rooftops to a historic section of the City. The lounge has a TV, with integral DVD player.

Double panel glazed doors lead into the kitchen, which has a breakfasting area beside the window. The kitchen is well appointed with a range of fitted units complete with hob and oven, fridge, washing machine/dryer and microwave.

The bedroom has a double bed with tables at each side. There is a double fitted wardrobe and also a chest of drawers with hair dryer.The tiled bathroom has a bath with an electric shower fitted over and with a glazed modesty screen.

About Edinburgh City Centre

The location, in the centre of the Royal Mile, means that most places of historic interest are within 5-10 minutes walking distance. The main stop for airport buses and coach tours, and the main line railway station are situated together about 5 minutes’ walk away. Zoned parking is available in nearby streets.

The Royal Mile links Edinburgh Castle to the Palace of Holyroodhouse and contains the site of the new Scottish Parliament building.There is a huge range of shops & restaurants (of all nationalities) in The Royal Mile itself. The Festival Theatre and Fringe Ticket Office are both close by.

Edinburgh’s famous shopping street, Princes Street, is just over 5 minutes’ walk away offering a superb choice of national and international labels, including Harvey Nichols, Jenners and John Lewis.
