Vacation Rental Description

The apartment rental in Edinburgh is very central and convenient for all the tourist sites of Edinburgh, being part of the New Town which is a world heritage site and is made extra special with the fact that it has its own shared garden with direct access to Queen St Gardens which is a private park in the central of Edinburgh which is an oasis of calm during all seasons.

The apartment is a one bedroom lower ground flat which has been furnished to a high standard and has a large corner sofa bed which converts into a large double bed.It has a large lcd tv and dvd with a selection of discs  and has wireless connection to unlimited broadband(bring your own laptop).The Kitchen is well laid out with a fridge,dishwasher,washing machine ,hob and oven and microwave.The bathroom has a bath and a seperate shower cubicle and the bedroom has a double bed and a built in wardrobe and also has a ldc/dvd tv.

About Edinburgh City Centre

The area of the New Town is a world heritage site and walking about in the area you will appreciate the architecture of the georgian terraces and streets.You walk out of our door and you are right in the city,Harvey Nicks is only a minute away and Princes St is just another couple of minutes further with its wide range of shops and of course the wonderful view of Edinburgh Castle.

Here, you will also find Waverley railway station which is Edinburgh's main station.The apartment is surrounded by wonderful restaurants and cooking school lessons can be arranged.Tom Kitchen a world renowned chef has a school nearby as have other chefs.

1. A £100 returnable deposit is required when booking.

2. If booking is cancelled we will return the deposit as long as we can book out that period.
3. Full rental is due, preferably in pounds, on arrival, and if you wish to pay by cheque we will need this 7 Days before arrival.
4. If you pay in cash we will give the returnable deposit back in cash on leaving,once we have checked for breakages
5. .We can also accept credit/debit cards via Paypal
