The Edinburgh apartment on the park is an interesting walk away from the centre of the city passing some of the most famous historial buildings in Scotland.There are good open views of the park, and as it is south facing it is very sunny.

The holiday apartment is very bright and warm. It consists of a lounge, dining room, bathroom and a luxury fitted kitchen. The lounge has 2 sofas and 2 occasional chairs; the dining room a table and 6 chairs. Bedroom 1 has a king size bed and a small single futon bed and has an en-suite shower room. Bedroom 2 has a king sized bed and Bedroom 3 has twin beds which can be linked together. The bathroom has a bath and shower. The fitted kitchen has a breakfast bar and is equipped with all modern appliances.

A car parking space is reserved near the front door of the apartment.

Located in Spring Gardens near Holyrood Palace, this luxury self catering Edinburgh apartment is on two floors. It has stunning views, nestling at the bottom of Edinburgh's famous hill landmark - Arthur’s Seat. A short stroll brings you to the beginning of the hill walk, which at the top gives spectacular views across the Palace, to Edinburgh Castle and the city.

The apartment is very near to Holy room Palace and the new Scottish parliament, Dynamic Earth, the Royal Mile and St. Giles Cathedral.

Edinburgh city centre and Princes Street shops are 20 minutes walk or a short bus ride away. The city is well served by public transport. There a many shops including a Sainsbury store nearby. There are also pubs and restaurants within walking distance.
