With the Dubai Atlantis Hotel just minutes away and endless entertainment options at the nearby Jumeirah Beach Walk this furnished villa is a haven of tranquility right in the heart of Dubai. This Dubai Villa is located on one of the fronds of the Palm and backs onto a beach. This villa can sleep a maximum of 9 persons. It has 4 bedroom/s and a single bed/maids room with 3 Double Bed/s and 3 Single Bed/s. No expense has been spared and this luxury Dubai villa comes with all modern comforts. From December 2011, Beach Clubs on the Palm Jumeirah managed by ‘Nakheel’ and access to the beach, swimming pool and gym is restricted. Nakheel require all guests to pay a levied fee of AED 50 per head on week days and AED 100 per head on weekends (Friday and Saturday). Children under the age of 2 will not be charged.
