This is an ideal luxury Dubai villa for a group or large family on holiday in Dubai. This Palm Jumeirah accommodation can accommodate up to 9 people with 3 double bedrooms with king size beds, 1 triple bedroom and 1 small single bedroom. This Dubai villa has 5 ensuite bathrooms, each with a toilet. There is a very large living room with comfortable sofas, flat screen TV, DVD player and views over the lagoon. The living room also has a dining area with seating for 10 people. The kitchen of this luxury villa rental in Dubai is fully equipped and has a breakfast table. This Dubai villa has a games room with a pool table, ping pong table and a sitting area. The villa comes fully air-conditioned, has 100% hotel standard cotton bedding, an outdoor swimming pool, a furnished terrace and direct access to the lagoon beach. From December 2011, Beach Clubs on the Palm Jumeirah managed by ‘Nakheel’ and access to the beach, swimming pool and gym is restricted. Nakheel require all guests to pay a levied fee of AED 50 per head on week days and AED 100 per head on weekends (Friday and Saturday). Children under the age of 2 will not be charged.
