This is a wonderful and spacious 4 bedroom Dubai holiday villa comes with its own private swimming pool. This short term rental villa can sleep up to 8 people in four double bedrooms.

Well furnished and beautifully maintained, this Dubai villa is perfect for either a large family or friends. The kitchen is well equipped and the living room open out to a lovely patio area outside. There are three full bathrooms.

This Dubai holiday villa is situated in a luxurious and one of the newest areas of Dubai, the Dubai Marina. The area is full of restaurants, parks, fountains, beach clubs, medical institutions and sports constructions, children's playgrounds and many other things. The complex includes 36 buildings of residences, 4 hotels and 4 beach clubs.

Built around scenic lakes, The Springs feature a range of exquisite waterfront villas, in varying sizes and floor plans, incorporating the finest architectural styles and picturesque landscaping. Guests can take advantage of on-site facilities such as swimming pools, parks, nurseries, spas and gymnasiums and a great selection of shopping arcades and community centres.

The Springs is in close proximity to Five Star beach hotels, Dubai Marina, the American university, Jumeirah beach, Dubai Internet City and Media city.

This villa is quite a way from the centre of Dubai, but taxis are reasonable and easily available, having an automatic telephone service for 'Dubai Taxis' from the villa.We were a party of 7, arriving late at night and it took our taxi driver some time to find it, due to the fact that a vital piece of the address was not conveyed to us, i.e. 'STREET 6'. One of the bathrooms was not available to us, due to it being locked! When questioned about this to the local agent, we received no response.However, we spent a very enjoyable time here and would recommend it for a quiet relaxing holiday, but if you want to see more of Dubai, you will need transport, of one kind or another.Overall we were very pleased with our choice of this villa and felt it to be good value for our money.
