This accommodation in Dubai is set on the ground floor of a villa located right on the Palm Island beach. The property can sleep up to 13 people and offers plenty of space and parking area. This tastefully decorated villa in Palm Jumeirah has seven bedrooms: six bedrooms with a double bed each (that can be converted into twin beds), and one bedroom with a single bed. There are seven en-suite bathrooms and an additional WC. The villa contains two living rooms and a game room with a pool table. The living area of this accommodation in Dubai comes with comfortable sofas, satellite/cable TV with DVD player, air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet connection and a dining table with chairs. The spacious kitchen of this villa in Palm Jumeirah is fully equipped with all modern conveniences and utensils you need, including an island, dishwasher, oven and microwave. The villa also benefits from having balconies and terraces furnished with sofas, armchairs and sun beds. From December 2011, Beach Clubs on the Palm Jumeirah managed by ‘Nakheel’ and access to the beach, swimming pool and gym is restricted. Nakheel require all guests to pay a levied fee of AED 50 per head on week days and AED 100 per head on weekends (Friday and Saturday). Children under the age of 2 will not be charged.
