This Dubai apartment is set on the 7th floor of a building located on Dubais Palm Island Jumeirah. The property can sleep up to 9 people and offers a pool table and a rooftop terrace. This Palm Jumeirah accommodation has four bedrooms: three bedrooms featuring a double bed each (that can be converted into twin beds) and one bedroom with a single bed. The master bedroom comes with a walk-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with bathtub and separate shower. There are three en-suite bathrooms plus an additional WC. The living area of this Dubai apartment contains a double sofa bed, a flat screen TV with DVD player, a desk with a computer, air conditioning, a pool table and wireless internet connection. The spacious kitchen of this Palm Jumeirah accommodation is fully equipped with all the amenities and utensils you need, including an island. There is a dining room with a large table and seating for eight guests. From December 2011, Beach Clubs on the Palm Jumeirah managed by ‘Nakheel’ and access to the beach, swimming pool and gym is restricted. Nakheel require all guests to pay a levied fee of AED 50 per head on week days and AED 100 per head on weekends (Friday and Saturday). Children under the age of 2 will not be charged.
