This holiday apartment is located on the Palm Jumeirah and can sleep a maximum of 9 persons. It has 4 bedroom/s with 3 Double Bed/s and 1 Single Bed and 2 Sofa bed/s. Bedroom 4 is a single bed/maids room.

This Dubai apartment is located right on the beach and comes with everything you'll need for a fabulous holiday in Dubai. The spacious living room comes with two sofa beds, a dining table, a work desk with PC and a plasma TV. There are plenty of comfortable seats for everyone. 

There are three double bedrooms (can be single beds) and one single bedroom.  The kitchen is fully equipped with gas oven, hob and fridge/freezer. There are 3 bathrooms all with a shower.

The Al Sultana is located on the beach and comes with a swimming pool, a childrens pool and a gym.

From December 2011, Beach Clubs on the Palm Jumeirah managed by ‘Nakheel’ and access to the beach, swimming pool and gym is restricted. Nakheel require all guests to pay a levied fee of AED 50 per head on week days and AED 100 per head on weekends (Friday and Saturday). Children under the age of 2 will not be charged.
