Large 3 bedroom beachside Dubai holiday apartment is located on Palm Jumeirah, the 8th Wonder of the World. Located on the 10th floor of the Al Hatimi residence, a residence that has a communal pool, a children's pool and located right on the beachfront. The apartment has a sea view.

This short term rental in Dubai has a large living room with sitting area, TV, Wi-Fi internet and a sngle sofa-bed for the 7th person traveling. There are also 3 double bedrooms with king-size beds (that can be turned into twins on request) and 2 bathrooms with bathtub.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has a bar that opens up onto the living room.

From December 2011, Beach Clubs on the Palm Jumeirah managed by ‘Nakheel’ and access to the beach, swimming pool and gym is restricted. Nakheel require all guests to pay a levied fee of AED 50 per head on week days and AED 100 per head on weekends (Friday and Saturday). Children under the age of 2 will not be charged.
