This 3 bedroom beachfront vacation apartment in Dubai is located on the prestigious Palm Island Jumeirah. Fully furnished and equipped for short term rental by MSG Dubai, its ideal for both business and leisure. Our self-catering apartments offer much more space than hotel rooms and apartments in Dubai, you'll also enjoy the extra privacy. All of our apartments offer the standard facilities you would normally find in a Dubai Hotel such as swimming pools, gym, saunas, steam rooms and even children's play areas.

A large spacious lounge and dining area lead on to the fully equipped kitchen, complete with a complimentary water cooler and Nestle Pure Life Water. The apartment has 2 large bedrooms, both en-suite, with the master even offering a walk-through wardrobe and a separate shower. The third bedroom is a maids room, single bed and has its own en-suite shower room. The apartment can sleep a maximum of 7 people if you also decide to use the two comfortable Futon Company sofa beds in the lounge, full bedding is available for these. Many of our bedrooms can also be set up as Double or Twin just as you would find in any Dubai Hotels.

This is a SIGNATURE apartment which means you are in a prime waterfront location with great views from the windows and balcony. You will also find a 42" Plasma TV, a work desk with a standard PC and high speed internet, if you decide to bring your own laptop you can either plug in to the router or use complimentary Wi-Fi already installed. If you are in Dubai on business we can also offer you a Printer/Scanner/Copier on loan at a nominal charge for the duration of your stay.
