This beachside Dubai apartment on the Palm Island Jumeirah can accommodate a maximum of 7 people. There are double bedrooms, one single bedroom (maid bedroom) and two sofa beds.
Newly built, this fantastic Dubai apartment has been furnished to a high level and comes with a fully equipped kitchen, three bathrooms and a spacious living room.
The building has a communal pool that overlooks the beach and a gym where all residents have free use of.
Beach Clubs on the Palm Jumeirah managed by ‘Nakheel’ and access to the beach, swimming pool and gym is restricted. Nakheel require all guests to pay a levied fee of AED 80 per head. Children under the age of 2 will not be charged.

- More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 25% of the booking deposit is reimbursed.
- Between 29 and 15 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking between 29 and 15 days of your arrival you will be liable for 30% of the Accommodation Charge.
- Between 15 and 8 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking between 15 and 8 days of your arrival you will be liable for 65% of the Accommodation Charge.
- Less than 8 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking less than 8 days of your arrival you will be liable for 100% of the Accommodation Charge
- If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
- Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

We were very excited to enjoy the break and had chosen the venue due to the beach and gym facilities. Unfortunately we were not informed about the change of facility use includede in the booking and had to pay for the use of facilities although it was advertised as a benefit. The maintenance should be addressed. Two broken chairs, a couch with the leather peeling severely and a curain rail which fell down and we had to sleep without curtains for one evening waking up at 6h00 due to early sunrise. The personnel was very helpful and tried their best to address our concerns. I would propose you have a proper enventary which is checked with guests on entry and departure.
