Vacation Rental Description
Firemans Beach Villa is a luxury, brand new 4 bedroom home, perfect for family holidays in an idyllic location. Positioned on one of the most unspoilt stretches of coastline where golden sandy beaches and honey coloured cliffs, sea caves, tranquil surroundings and the crystal clear azure water of the Mediterranean all blend together to form a truly magnificent and enchanting atmosphere. Firemans Beach is only 2 minutes walk from the villa, and within a 5 minute stroll you will find a wide choice of local tavernas, restaurants and shops. Our second lovely sandy beach has water sports galore and is a gentle 15 minute walk away. The villas fabulous 9m pool is significantly larger than most and its good size 400 sq.m plot, barbecue, outside shower and sun loungers ensure perfect outside living. The large flat screen TV with extensive choice of English TV channels, full air-conditioning and modern, high quality furniture will ensure the most comfortable stay with a true 5* feeling. There are two King Size rooms, one with en-suite, a twin room, a single room and family bathroom on the 1st floor as well as a very comfortable double sofa bed in the living room. The large open plan living room could not be more comfortable with seating for 8 and dining area for 8 as well as all mod-cons and large fridge frezer in the kitchen.

Firemans Beach Villa is based on the outskirts of Protaras in the South East of Cyprus. Ayia Napa is 10 mins drive, and both Paralimni and Protaras centre just 5 mins and a few euros in a taxi. The fantastic Water park is 20 mins away; Guests normally fly into Larnaca airport which is a 30 to 40 min drive
