This 2 bedroom modern air-conditioned detached villa, with private swimming pool and garden has been furnished throughout to a very high standard, while the property’s large patio doors provide considerable light for its open plan living, dining and kitchen area.
Situated just a short distance from the Ayia Triada beach on the south east coast of Cyprus, the property also provides its occupants with a delightful sea view, so whether you prefer a swim in the sea, or a relaxing afternoon by the pool, sun beds and umbrella provided, the choice is yours.
And, to make life as easy as possible for you, a range of essential appliances including fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster, as well as a selection of kitchen utensils have also been included.
About Cyprus Other
The Athina Gardens development is located in the village of Ayia Triada, in the centre of the Famagusta region, and is just a five minute drive from the historic town of Paralimni, while the larger towns of Protaras and Ayia Napa are just 10 minutes away by car. The area offers a variety of outdoor activities including snorkeling, scuba diving, sailing, mini-golf and even horse riding.
If you prefer to take things a little more easily, then take a stroll along the area’s unspoilt coastal path and discover its secluded coves and sandy beaches or, why not take your exploration skills further inland and discover the rugged crags of the island’s Troodos mountains.
