Situated just a short distance from the Ayia Triada beach on the south east coast of Cyprus, the property also provides its occupants with a delightful sea view, so whether you prefer a swim in the sea, or a relaxing afternoon by the pool, sun beds and umbrella provided, the choice is yours.

And, to make life as easy as possible for you, a range of essential appliances including fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster, as well as a selection of kitchen utensils have also been included.

The Athina Gardens development is located in the village of Ayia Triada, in the centre of the Famagusta region, and is just a five minute drive from the historic town of Paralimni, while the larger towns of Protaras and Ayia Napa are just 10 minutes away by car.
