Vacation Rental Description

This Cyprus holiday apartment has a good space and has been recently fully refurbished to a good standard throughout, and is ideal for a long-term winter or summer vacation. The apartment was part of a larger complex with a good sized pool and pool area. The holiday apartment also has a small launderette area, and there is another launderette just across the road in the Senator apartments. There are many other complex's in the vinicity which have game rooms for bored children, but the apartment has the advantage of being in a quiet location. The apartment is fully air-conditioned for which there is no extra charge.

Large studio apartment in Ayia Napa, ideal for lively holiday but far enough from bars & clubs for quiet night or days' sleep, & approx 10 minute stroll to the beaches. Ayia Napa speaks for itself - Nissi Beach & Harbour are approx 6-7 minute walk away.
