Welcome to Villa Ana !!! At only 10 min from historical Dubrovnik, Zaton bay is a quiet peaceful oasis with pebbles beach. Crystal blue sea, mediterranean plants and the vicinity of Dubrovnik make this Crotia apartment a perfect place for quiet holidays for families or older people.

All holiday apartments are fully equipped with new furniture and decorated with style and air conditioning. Private parking is available in front of the house.

The Croatia apartment has 31sqm and sleeps up 3-4 persons. The apartment rental consists of 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 sofa bed, bathroom, mini- kitchen and offers a SAT TV. You will also find a terrace with shade from the surroundings trees together with a outside grill. This is the perfect place to be during the hot summer days, or to have dinner. However, the best thing is that you only have to walk about 15m to the beach.
