This apartment in Croatia is located in a region bordering the northern Adriatic Sea, between the Istrian peninsula and the northern Croatian seacoast. The centre of this popular and busy island region is Rijeka, the largest port of Croatia with architectural interest. Nearby, built on a hilltop, it is the Trsat Castle, with splendid views out to sea. The main tourist centres of the Kvarner region are the oldest Opatija tourist resort , Crikvenica and Novi Vinodolski , all of which have good recreational facilities with extensive pebble beaches. The Kvarner region is host to three National Parks (Risnjak, Plitvice Lakes and Northern Velebit) and in Kvarner Bay many beautiful islands including Cres, Krk, Pag, Rab and Lošinj which has pine woods and numerous bays with beaches, hideaway coves and yet to be discovered restaurants. ProcessHow to book: Just enter your dates, find a Croatia rental you like and click "Book Now". We will then ask for contact details and a down payment to reserve your accommodation in Croatia. That's it! Your booking is confirmed! - Cancellation Policy
Down payment: the down payment is non-refundable
Within 30 days: if a client cancels within 30 and 22 days of their arrival, you will be liable for 40% of the total rental
Within 21 and 15 days: if a client cancels within 21 and 15 days of their arrival, you will be liable for 50% of the total rental
Within 14 and 8 days: if a client cancels within 14 and 8 days of their arrival, you will be liable for 80% of the total rental
Within 7 days: if a client cancels within 7 days their arrival, you will be liable for the whole booking amount
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet, the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that you subscribe to a travel insurance with our partner or with the insurance company of your choice.
